Plant guarantee

Plants in the tree, shrub, rose and perennial departments are guaranteed for one year after the purchase date. With an itemized receipt you may receive a replacement plant or store credit. Subject to approval by management.

Refunds

To receive a refund, items must be in their original condition with an itemized receipt, paid by credit, debit or cash, within 30 days of the purchase date. On purchases over $50.00 we charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover our costs. You may opt for a store credit and not be charged a restocking fee.

Store credit

You may receive a store credit on items returned in original condition after 30 days, without receipt, or paid by check. Subject to approval by management.
